用語説明
*エンドルフィン:脳内で作られる神経伝達物質で、運動や笑い、リラックスした状態で分泌が促進される。主にストレスや痛みを軽減し、幸福感をもたらす役割を持つ。
*マインドフルネス : 現在の瞬間に意識を集中させ、自分の感情や考え、周囲の状況を批判せずにそのまま受け入れる心の状態や実践方法。ストレス軽減や集中力向上、メンタルヘルスの改善に役立つとされている。
*心身運動 : 身体的な動きと心の働きを統合する運動法を指し、身体と心の健康を同時に促進することを目的とする。ヨガ、太極拳、ピラティスなどがその代表例であり、ストレスの軽減や柔軟性、集中力の向上に役立つとされている。
